Amazing service that has made a big difference to how I sleep, tightness in muscles and general health.
I originally went to Renew Therapies as my partner was unable to make her appointment. Ever since then I’ve been going myself monthly and could not recommend Renew Therapies and Jennifer highly enough.

I had a few treatments done with Jennifer in the last half a year (massage, facial, reflexology) and each time she surprised me with some additional adds on. For example when I had my facial and my mask was on she did reflexology on my feet. I love her hot towels, hot stones, her massage flow and how relaxed I always feel after each treatment. I have to admit that being a massage therapist myself I am quite fussy who I go for for my massage or reflexology in Dublin - I seek the best. I can certainly recommend Renew Therapies and I can’t wait for my next treatment which is in 2 weeks.

My last (glowing) review of Renew Therapies was a few years ago and I'm delighted to report that my experiences have only improved since then. Jennifer's room in Sandyford is so comfortable and peaceful - escapism at its indulgent best. Jennifer is so intuitive and responsive to what you need, even if you aren't aware yourself! I have been attending Jennifer for some time now and have always had an amazing experience, regardless of which treatment I receive: Reflexology, facial, massage, IET.
Her genuine warmth and compassion are evident from the first meeting with her.
After each session I feel refreshed, invigorated and indeed, renewed.

Jennifer's work is exceptional. She knows so much about the body. I feel very safe in her hands. I always feel physically, mentally and emotionally better after a session. She is such a professional, kind and thoughtful person. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I cannot recommend Jennifer enough! Had a Back, Neck and Shoulders Massage and a Reflexology treatment yesterday. It was so relaxing I didn't want it to finish! Jennifer is a caring, talented and highly trained and experienced Therapist. The treatment space is welcoming, warm and sparklingly clean. I'm feeling 100% better and already looking forward to my next treatment.
