Renew Therapy Holistic Facials are so much more than ‘just a facial’... my luxurious Holistic Facials are a truly ‘whole-istic’, client focused experience, to nourish and restore not just the skin, but also the mind and soul, so you float out of the treatment room feeling relaxed and looking amazing.

I offer a holistic approach to skincare and beauty, treating you as a whole being, rather than just focusing on the skin. A lot of skin issues are routed deeper than skincare, so a holistic facial works not only with your skin concerns, but also your inner health and well-being, helping to naturally boost both your inner and outer radiance. 

 

Holistic Facials include all the basics of a regular salon facial, but are elevated to another level by drawing on a variety of other components.  My facials all include lots and lots of massage - Japanese facial massage, lymphatic drainage massage, uplifting facial massage, therapeutic massage, facial reflexolgy and scalp massage - to help stimulate the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the skin, helping to regenerate at a cellular level and promote a healthy vibrant glow.

 

Gentle but effective tools such as gua sha, facial cupping, accupressure roller and kansa wand may also be used to help boost circulation and collagen and elastin production, easing out facial tension and myofascial restrictions.  These assist in helping to reduce fine lines, dark circles and puffiness and lift and sculpt your face, neck and jawline. Crystals and smudging may also be used to help rebalance your body and soul and promote an overall sense of wellbeing.

My longer facial treatments also include the option of foot reflexogy, arm and hand massage or simply relaxing to the sounds of a soothing meditation while your face mask works it's magic.

The company  takes a holistic approach to skincare, providing vitality for your skin and wellbeing. Holos is PETA approved as Vegan and cruelty-free. The Holos range is ethically handmade in small batches with carefully sourced ingredients and minimal industrial production involved.
