Hi, I'm Jennifer - the owner and sole therapist at Renew Therapies.

I am a qualified professional massage therapist, reflexologist, holistic facial aestitician and Zone Face Lift practitioner.

​

I really love what I do and I take great pride in my work. My aim is to give each client a treatment that's truly tailored to their own individual requirements and to provide a space and treatment to help renew their body, mind and soul. 

​

I have always had a passion for holistic health and wellness, however, like many therapists, I started my professional life in a completely different work environment. After studying media in college, I worked in various film distribution and media roles for many years. 

​

Upon returning to work after my second child, I was completely stressed out and overwhelmed. After almost reaching breaking point, I decided it was time to focus on myself and my family and was drawn to retrain as a massage therapist.  I qualified in Sports Massage and Holistic Massage in 2016, which I followed up with Reflexology the following year. Since then I've attended countless CPD courses in various complementary health and beauty modalities.

I now work from a cosy and tranquil studio, located in my garden in Sandyford, Dublin 18. I focus on holistic and therapeutic body and facial treatments using non-invasive modalities and beautiful organic products. 

​

My approach to each treatment is completely bespoke and personalised to each client's individual needs. So whether you're looking for a therapeutic or relaxing massage, rebalancing reflexology, a replenishing facial or some skin loving organic products to help you feel renewed, I look forward to welcoming you to my beautiful treatment room.
