Reflexology with Intuitive Healing

Foot reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet to stimulate the body's own healing system and bring the body into balance. In addition to traditional reflexology methods, this treatment also incorporates intuitive energy work drawing on universal energy to help rebalance the energy body. All treatments include a luxurious hot towel cleanse and I use Irish made Flying Wild organic foot balms which nourish and rehydrate the skin. Reflexology is a fantastic complementary treatment and can be used to help with issues such as insomnia, headaches, sciatica, menopause, stress, anxiety, fertility and digestive problems as well as countless other physical and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Incorporating intuitive energy work makes this treatment a truly holistic experience - one where the body, mind and soul are replenished. If you feel unbalanced either physically, emotionally, or mentally, energy work aids to restore and realign the body's subtle vibrations. Clients generally feel very calm and relaxed after a session. Many report to me that they had the best sleep they've had in a long time and many also say they felt more energetic, clear-minded, and productive in the day(s) after their treatment.
