Service Description

60 minute treatment that is bespoke to your requirements. Incorporating Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Holistic Massage and heat therapy for optimal results. Choose from full body (back, neck, shoulders, legs and arms) or focus on back neck and shoulders. Stone therapy and hot towels/heat pads are also utilised to help warm and relax the muscles and release fascial restrictions. In addition to massage, this treatment also incorporates intuitive energy work drawing on universal energy to help rebalance the energy body.
