Facial reflexology treatments include a full hot towel cleanse with PHYT's organic facial products and incorporate various facial massage and facial reflexology techniques. Reflexology is a fantastic complementary treatment and can be used to help with issues such as insomnia, headaches, sciatica, menopause, stress, anxiety and digestive problems as well as countless other physical and mental problems. Facial Reflexology is particularly helpful in dealing with emotional issues and has also been particularly effective in helping to improve Bell's Palsy.
