Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to various reflex points on the feet, face or hands... these reflex points are linked to every organ, gland, bone or system of the body. Reflexology is a fantastic complementary treatment and can be used to help with issues such as insomnia, headaches, sciatica, menopause, stress, anxiety and digestive problems as well as countless other physical and mental problems. Facial Reflexology is particularly helpful in dealing with emotional issues and has also been particularly effective in helping to improve Bell's Palsy.

BOOKING T&Cs Renew Therapies cancellation policy is 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of treatment cost)*. *If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19 please do not attend your appointment and contact us to reschedule.
