Service Description

Foot reflexology is a complementary therapy that incorporates the application of pressure to specific points on the feet to stimulate the body's own healing system and bring the body into balance. All treatments include a luxurious hot towel cleanse and I use Irish made Flying Wild organic foot balms which nourish and rehydrate the skin. Reflexology is a fantastic complementary treatment and can be used to help with issues such as insomnia, headaches, sciatica, menopause, stress, anxiety, fertility and digestive problems as well as countless other physical and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

BOOKING T&Cs Renew Therapies cancellation policy is 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of treatment cost)*. *If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19 please do not attend your appointment and contact us to reschedule.
