Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. The muscles are first warmed and relaxed using the hot stones then traditional massage techniques are employed to help ease muscle tension and achieve maximum benefits.

BOOKING T&Cs Renew Therapies cancellation policy is 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of treatment cost)*. *If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19 please do not attend your appointment and contact us to reschedule.
